Integrated Management System (IMS) Supervisor

Job Description

This position is responsible for the effective implementation of all the requirement of the ISO standard, helps in the Planning preparation through the conduct of SWOT and strategy formulation, and ensure all strategy will be cascaded and communicated to all Section/Department and translated into their OTP, conduct periodic performance evaluation to check whether the Departmental initiative is effectively implemented as planned. Furthermore, planning and conducting of Internal Audit was also part of this responsibility to check and validate the effectiveness of organization’s Integrated Management System is still adequate, suitable and effective. Develop, study and implement process improvement for Calaca Power Complex to ensure its continual improvement.

Job Responsibilities

This job includes the implementation, monitoring, and review of IMS plans and programs, including updating for continuous improvement of the system based on the company’s strategic direction. Its also includes managing the documents via administration of the company’s Document Management System (DMS), ensuring document availability and completeness by being the repository of all documents at Calaca Power Complex.
